Do You Need Flood Insurance?

Recent events in the Gulf Coast Region have reminded us all of the dangers of flood. Many areas of our own region are also prone to flooding and not only areas at the shore. Flooding regularly occurs along the Delaware River as well as along the banks of many smaller streams in the region. Strangely, many residents who live in these areas do not carry flood insurance.
