10th Annual NBC10 Fit Fest This Weekend

NBC10's 10th Annual Fit Fest takes place this weekend at the Pennsylvania Convention Center at 12th and Arch Streets in Center City Philadelphia. Fit Fest is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday and admission is free to the public.
Fit Fest is a fun-filled health and fitness expo with something for everyone. Most importantly there are numerous free medical sceenings available including such screenings as: cholesterol, lung function, blood pressure, bone density, blood sugar, carbon-monoxide level, vision, hemoglobin a-1-c tests (which show your blood sugar over the last few months), stroke risk, body-fat analysis, mental stress test, body mass index, glaucoma screening, HIV and women's heart risk.
You'll find tips on exercising and healthy eating, lots of exhibition booths with plenty of free samples. There are also plenty of games and activities for people of all ages to enjoy. There will be lots of celebrities and all of the NBC10 on-air talent will be there for part of the weekend.
