Philadelphia Smoking Ban Now in Effect

The Philadelphia law banning smoking in many public places has gone into effect as of today.
The law mandates that smoking in prohibited inside:

The law mandates that smoking in prohibited inside:
- all workplaces
- galleries
- sports facilities
- restaurants and most bars
- of all of the above locations, up to 20 feet from all entrances
- outdoor cafes
- private clubs
- bars that that derive at least 90 percent of their income from drinks (waiver required)

I like the idea of a smoking ban. My mom has emphysema, and now she ahtes it when people smoke around her.
Smoking ban is a great idea, but I’ve been to plenty of places where it is not being enforced. What to do?
the ban is completely in effectual in most bars. it’s unbelievable.
