Another season of Screenings Under the Stars, presented by Independence Blue Cross, starts this Thursday at the Great Plaza at Penn's Landing.

Every Thursday from now until August 28, the Great Plaza will be transformed into a unique outdoor theater featuring a popular film on a big screen.

The Great Plaza at Penn's Landing is located on Columbus Boulevard at Chestnut Street.

Here is the schedule for this summer's films:

• Spiderman 3 (July 10)
• Batman Begins (July 17)
  
• Psycho (July 24)
• The Mummy Returns (July 31)
• Along Came Polly (August 7)
• Hair Spray (August 14)
• Alvin and the Chipmunks (August 21)
• The Bee Movie (August 28)

Prior to the start of each screening will be fun themed activities, coordinated with the theme of that week's film.

The Wendy's Great Taste Tour visits Penn's Landing distributing free, full size Wendy's hot ‘n' juicy, fresh and never frozen hamburgers on Thursday July 10 from 4-8pm on the Walnut Plaza. Stop by before Penn's Landing's Screenings Under the Stars showing of Spider-Man 3.
