Bicycling.com's Philadelphia entry on the America's Top 50 Bike-Friendly Cities list begins with a reminder about last year's citywide cycling backlash, but points out that we do have "lanes, greenways and a diverse cycling community." Hopefully the city's new bike and pedestrian plan can bump us up to a better slot than 27 on a future list.
