Overnight the rain turned to sleet and freezing rain. This morning the Greater Philadelphia Region is under an Winter Weather Advisory plus an Ice Warning and Flood Warning. At some point today the precipitation is expected to turn to heavy rain and then slowly back to snow before ending sometime tonight. As of 5:00 a.m. all Philadelphia Public and Parochial Schools are closed today as are most schools in the region.
