Let's get grinding! This step takes quite a while but it's really the most important step in the whole process.

Once you have all of your meat ground, then it's time to measure. Remember you will adjust the amounts of all other ingredients based on how much meat you have, so be careful to measure accurately.

Now, it's time for a break. I won't tell anyone if you won't but save a few pieces of turkey for a nice sandwich for lunch. Add some left-over stuffing and a glass of wine and you're all set.

Next you need to measure out your fresh ground parsley. (You can use the food processor for this). Also, measure your dried minced onion and lemon juice.
