Q. Why should I visit Philadelphia?
A. Philadelphia is one of the most historic cities in the country. After all, it was where the Declaration of Independence was written. It was the first capital of the United States. It also is the "city that loves you back" with lots of friendly people and lots of things to see and do.
Q. What's the weather like?
A. Actually the climate is quite temperate. My favorite months are May and June and then again September and October. July and August can get pretty hot and humid but that's no different from most cities in the United States. In the winter we average a lot less snow than many cities in the Midwest and northeast and we can even have days where you can go out and play a round of golf. A. We provide in depth coverage of local events with up to date events calendars, live coverage with lots of photos of the big events in the city and surrounding area.
