The Hegeman String Band was led by Captain Jamie Caldwell and performed to the theme of "Rock & Roll is Hair to Stay." Hegeman finished eighth of the seventeen String Bands.
Their Captain, John Baron, finished in fourth place of the seventeen String Band Captains.
