The Quaker City String Band was led by Captain Robert Shannon, Jr. and performed to the theme of "A Viking's Quest." Quaker City finished second in the seventeen String Bands. Their Captain, Robert Shannon Jr., finished in 11th place of the 17 String Band Captains.
