The Avalon String Band was led by Captain Jack Hee and performed to the theme of "Ire-Land of Leprechauns." Avalon finished fifth of the eighteen String Bands.
Their Captain, Jack Hee, Jr., finished in sixth place of the seventeen String Band Captains.
