The brunch buffet, specially designed by Chef Benjamin Young, will include a carving station for roasted meats, omelet and waffle stations, a seafood display, bountiful salad bar, dessert station and more. Pianist Steven Hackman, graduate of the Curtis Institute, will set the mood as he performs throughout the day.
