On November 14, 2009, Reading Terminal Market hosted a Festival of Forgotten Foods, highlighting eats from Philadelphia's past. The foods ran the gamut from the still common (has horseradish ever gone out of style?) to the thankfully forgotten (liverwurst, anyone?) to awesome surprises (black walnut cupcakes). The best part? Almost everything we tried was delicious and still available despite being "forgotten."
