Philadelphia's Kelly Drive stretching from the Philadelphia Museum of Art to the Twin Bridges near Manayunk, is one of the most scenic spots in the Greater Philadelphia / South Jersey area. On one side it is bordered by the Schuylkill River where, on any day, you can see crew teams practicing on the water. On the other side it is bordered by Philadelphia's beautiful Fairmount Park.
Kelly Drive begins at the west side of the Philadelphia Art Museum and its lovely Azalea Garden and Boathouse Row where the area's rowing teams have their headquarters. Along the banks of the Schuylkill River there are scenic paths where you'll find bicyclers, joggers, rollerbladers and walkers. You'll find fishermen trying their luck in the waters of the river. The area is also the home to some of Philadelphia's most beautiful public art and statues.
