When she arrives back at the house Sarah meets with Shavonda and tells Shavonda that she really has a crush on MJ. She feels that MJ's girlfriend Ashley needs to be more realistic in her expectations. Shavonda tells Sarah that she, likewise, has a crush on Landon, but will not pursue it out of fear of disrespecting her boyfriend.
Landon takes a look at Shavonda's boyfriend, Shaun's photo and describes his as a "punk." Landon senses the attraction from Shavonda. Meanwhile, Shavonda calls her boyfriend and tries to free herself of the burden and pressure. She seems to want her boyfriend's approval to fool around, but she's not going to get it from him. She insists that she wants a "break" and wants to "date around." Shaun gets really upset and Shavonda tells him to just forget it.
Shavonda tells MJ about her fight with her boyfriend. MJ relates to her since he feels the same strain with Ashley, his girlfriend. MJ describes himself as a flirt but he prides himself in his honesty.
The girls' air conditioner broke, so Sarah decides to climb into MJ's bed. Shavonda also comes into the room, but won't sleep in bed with Landon. Ultimately Landon moves to the floor to sleep. Noticing the girls in the boys' bedroom, Karamo disapproves of the committed housemates sleeping with each other and comments that "sleeping in another man's bed, is never cool, whether it's sexual or not."
In the morning we see that Landon and Shavonda are in bed together as are Sarah and MJ. Sarah and MJ have kissed and Sarah is all over MJ in the bed. Sarah comments to MJ that "you don't want to know how much advantage I took of you." MJ comments that he doesn't remember. Landon suspects "some undercover play between MJ and Sarah" that he's not aware of.
Later Landon and MJ take a walk where they discuss their potential relationships with the girls. MJ decides he should call Ashley and let her know what's going on. He calls Ashley and they decide to break up. MJ realizes that he may "cheat" while he's away. MJ advises Landon and Melanie of the breakup. Melanie comments that MJ is afraid of what he's giving up with Ashley but notes that MJ also wants to have fun and party. Landon thinks MJ may "dabble a bit with the roommates."
It's time for Sarah to cuddle some more with MJ. She believes MJ is attracted to her.
That night the roommates head off to Glam, a local nightclub. MJ immediately hooks up with an attractive blond. Sarah doesn't like this since it's "no fun for me." Shavonda comments that she senses sexual tension in the house and feels that Sarah has already "marked her territory." Sarah looks extremely bored and gets really offended when MJ asks her for the phone number to the house because he wants to give it to the blond. Karamo tries to comfort Sarah. Sarah decides that she wants to go home and Shavonda goes with her. Meanwhile MJ and the blond kiss each other quite a bit on the dance floor and later outside.
MJ arrives back at the house. Sarah is angry with MJ and they have a scene in front of the other roommates. Sarah comments that the girl MJ was hooking up with was "chubby and she has bad roots." Apparently Sarah was looking at the wrong girl! He is shocked when he finally realizes why she is so upset. Either MJ is totally oblivious to Sarah's interest or he likes to pretend that he is. MJ goes into the hot tub. He feels that Sarah is a "drama queen." She feels that she and MJ have "hooked up," but he doesn't see things that way. All he feels that they shared was a friendly kiss. Sarah says "I want you and it hurts me to see you wanting to get ass in another place." MJ doesn't want a relationship while he's in Philadelphia. He apologizes to Sarah but it seems that little is resolved.
Meanwhile Landon is drunk and Shavonda doesn't like it. "He doesn't act right when he's drunk. It's starting to get old." Landon tells Willie that he wants the "nice girl" and intends to get her, but he has no idea of how to actually approach a girl. He has never "hit" on a girl. His efforts at making small talk with Shavonda totally fail. Willie tries to give him some advice on approaching a girl that he likes.
As the show nears an end, Landon and MJ are totally drunk and Landon indicates that he loves Shavonda. Once again MJ and Sarah try to talk things out but Sarah cannot keep her hands off of him, continually trying to prod him into having sex. She wants him in her bed bad. MJ notes that Sarah puts him in situations that are very sexual and it’s human nature that he's going to respond.
